How to Change Nightly Rates & Block Dates
Adjusting nightly rates, making seasonal nightly rate adjustments and blocking property availability are common host tasks.
- Navigate to your 'Dashboard.'
- Click the tab, 'Your Listings.'
- You will see a quick link to your Calendar.
- Open the Calendar and select the date range for which you want to change pricing or dates to block availability.
- A window should pop up.
- In this window, you can change the nightly rate and block dates on which your property is available.
- From here, enter the new nightly rate in the box for those dates and hit save.
